Unveiling My Reading Habits: Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Everything In Between
I've read around 100 books a year for the past decade, with an inclination towards mystery genres. I also attempt to read across all genres, exploring thrilling, fantasy, and romantic stories alike. This article delves into my reading choices, preferences, and recommendations.
My Reading Journey
Over the past decade, I've averaged 27.6 books annually, with a seasoned collection that includes various genres. This year, I've read 15 books so far, with 13 of them fully completed and 2 currently in progress. My recent reads include the thrilling tale A Cowboy in Carpathia by Robert E. Howard, which combines elements of Conan, Dracula, and classic fantasy.
Reading Frequency and Preferences
I typically read about 2-3 books per week, which equates to around 130-150 books per year. My goal is to explore diverse genres, and while I enjoy mystery, I find that fiction captures my attention more frequently than non-fiction. I'm currently reading The Bazaar of Bad Dreams by Stephen King, which is a captivating mix of psychological suspense and imaginative storytelling.
Comprehensive Genre Preferences
I can be classified as a well-rounded reader, having read books across various genres. However, my taste leans slightly towards mystery. I have also enjoyed genres such as thriller, fantasy, romance, historical mythological, fiction, non-fiction, and mystery. My audiobook YouTube channel, Rugbats Audiobooks, shares these recommendations and more. Don't forget to subscribe and share my content to help others discover great reads.
