Change the water every 30 minutes to keep the thawing process moving efficiently. Use a larger container to fit in your sink, ensuring the meat remains submerged throughout the thawing process.

Thawing in this way ensures that the meat thaws evenly and remains free of harmful bacteria. The continuous change of water helps to maintain a consistent temperature, further aiding in the thawing process.
