My Journey to Success: CDS-1 2019 Written and SSB Score Analysis
People often react to success in different ways. For some, it might be attributed to luck, while others recognize the effort and preparation behind each achievement.
Breaking Down My Success: CDS-1 2019
With my successful journey through CDS-1 2019, I passed the Off-Coast Training Alpha (OTA) by achieving an exact score equal to the cut-off for OTA. This accomplishment was the result of dedicated preparation and hard work. After securing the necessary marks in the written examination, I proceeded to clear the Service Selection Board (SSB) which was scheduled at Bangalore.
The Service Selection Board (SSB) Experience
My SSB experience was a turning point. I had faced this challenge for the first time and it marked a significant moment of pride for me. I was recommended for the OTA and, true to my previous success, I cleared the AFSB (Air Force Selection Board) at Mysore the second time around. My hard work and preparation were truly paying off.
Impact of Preparation on Success
Preparation played a crucial role both in my SSB and AFCAT (Airmen's Selection Test) success. I remember reading the book ‘Do You Have IT in You?’ which, at the time, did not hold much significance in my mind. However, reflecting on my achievements, I can confidently say that my approach to preparation was a key factor in my success.
Understanding the importance of preparation, I approached each SSB with the utmost dedication. My hard work and rigorous preparation paid off both in the AFCAT and AFSB, leading to my recommendations and eventual success.
Reflection and Moving Forward
It is important to recognize the value of effort and preparation in achieving success. Self-reflection is an essential part of the process. Understanding the impact of preparation has given me invaluable insights into the factors contributing to my success. I am now eagerly waiting for the merit list from the Air Force, but the journey so far has been immensely rewarding.
Conclusion
In conclusion, my success in CDS-1 2019, particularly in the SSB and AFCAT, underscores the importance of preparation and hard work. Each step along the way, from the initial attempt at SSB to the subsequent recommendations, shows that persistence and dedication lead to rewards. As I eagerly await further announcements, I remain inspired and grateful for the journey.
